How GVD CRM collects, uses, and protects information in its web and Android applications.
GVD CRM is a private business application published by Genius Vision ("we", "us"). It is provided to employees and authorised staff of our organisation and our customers for internal work purposes — attendance, sales, support and inventory operations.
This policy applies to the GVD CRM Android app
(in.geniusvision.gvdcrm) and the GVD CRM web application at
stackless.cloud.
GVD CRM is not a consumer app. Accounts are created by an administrator of your organisation. There is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without credentials issued to you by your employer.

The app requests two sensitive Android permissions. Both are optional at the operating system level — you may decline them, though attendance punching will not work without them.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) —

attendance record with where it happened. The app does not run a background location
service and does not build a movement history.

No image is captured unless you tap the shutter.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Your data stays within our own systems, with these limited exceptions:
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.
Attendance records, and the business records you create, are retained for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required for our legitimate business, accounting and legal obligations. When a retention period ends, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

To make any of these requests — including account and data deletion — email support@geniusvision.in from your work email address, with the subject "Data request — GVD CRM". We will respond within 30 days.
Note on deletion: because GVD CRM is an employer-provided system, some records — such as attendance history — may need to be retained for statutory, payroll or audit reasons even after your account is deleted. Where that applies we will tell you which records are being kept and why, and we will delete everything else.
GVD CRM is a workplace tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be communicated through the app or by email.
